I wish I could give this place 5 stars because MAN was it SO GOOD! Unfortunately our service really wasn't. Our server was nice enough, but we only saw her a couple of times, she never asked if we needed anything, and we had to flag her down (with several failed attempts) for basic things like refills, napkins, and sauces that were supposed to come with our meal. The frustrating part of all of this is that they have a rule that for parties of 4 or more it's an automatic 18% gratuity. (To preface, Ironically, we usually give 20-25% regardless, I am a former server and understand they live off of tips, which is why we LOVE taking care of our servers) but the frustration was that for parties less than 4 people we noticed her going out of her way to provide great service, while we barely saw her. We were never impolite to her, always said please and thank you with a smile, and when we still could not get her to be bothered with us we instead approached the manager to point out the frustration with the rule given the poor service, to which he had no other answer than "it was really busy". It was. But given the small size of the restaurant and number of servers, this really shouldn't have been an issue at all. Overall everything else was amazing and I would still love to return in the future if the policy was changed, but it was really disappointing to have an otherwise great experience ruined by someone seemingly taking advantage of a tipping policy. On a side note, americas tipping culture? Big thumbs down. Perhaps if there's a need for an automatic gratuity, you could instead as a restaurant pay your servers a living wage. And if not, enable them to be the best they can be by making their tips dependent on the quality of their service. ‍ Food and vibes 10/10. Highly recommend for those things

This was my first visit to the noisy oyster. It was convenient to where we were staying. I was expecting average food in a noisy bar. I was wrong. The seafood was amazing and my family had a great meal there. We started with raw oysters, which were served very cold. The cocktail sauce was good and they gave you extra horseradish. I had their mango margarita, which was tasty. my dad and I shared the seafood boil for two. This was one of the best seafood boils I have ever had. The seafood had a wonderful flavor and spice. Everything was cooked well and we appreciated the gloves they served with it. My son loved his burger. We would eat here again in the off-season because the food and service was so good.

The service was very slow. Meals came out at different times so it was not consistent so we could eat at the same time. The food was very good. The boil was huge and very good, but really was too much food for one person. The mahi mahi tacos were excellent. Atmosphere was simply ok. Nothing to write home about.
